Configuring CloudBrink

Follow this guide to integrate EnGenius ESG Gateway with CloudBrink using the EnGenius Cloud and CloudBrink SaaS platforms.

Set up devices on CloudBrink

  1. Log in to the CloudBrink SaaS platform.

  2. Navigate to Configure > Collections > Devices Collection > Add New.

  3. Enter device details, device serial number, and device MAC address.

(You can input manually or upload in bulk via a CSV file.)

  1. You can locate these values:

On the device’s label or in Gateway list on EnGenius Cloud

Configure Device Authentication in CloudBrink

  1. Go to Configure > Policies > Authentication > Add New > Device Auth.

  2. Enter the required details, including: Realm (must match EnGenius Cloud settings).

  3. Click Save to apply the policy.

Example: Realm = 123

Enable CloudBrink Integration in EnGenius Cloud

  1. Log in to your EnGenius Cloud account.

  2. Navigate to Configure > Gateway > Security Service > CloudBrink.

  3. Enable the CloudBrink service.

  4. Enter the Realm value used in CloudBrink.

This ensures proper communication between platforms.

Example: Realm = 123

Verify CloudBrink Connection Status

  1. Go to Manage > Gateway Detail.

  2. Check the CloudBrink status in Security Service.

Once CloudBrink status is RUNNING, it connected to CloudBrink edge node(s) successfully

Must know

CloudBrink Service cannot support Dual WAN, Policy Routing, or IPsec Client VPN.
