SD Alert

SD Alerts (software-defined alerts) let you create personalized video alert conditions using natural language. Unlike predefined alerts (e.g., fighting, kidnapping), SD Alerts support customizable detection based on your unique security or operational concerns.

How to set up

1. Select a network and input your alert query by natural language on camera AI search

1. Verify relevant video clips and refine your query

2. Name and save your alert (up to 20 per network) to the network. Find added SD-Alerts in Config > Camera > SD-Alerts

1. Enable SD alert per camera (consume AI tokens), monitor alerts in real time
