Cloud AI license

Cloud AI License primarily provides the AI tokens required for Cloud AI analysis

you can access this screen from Inventory > License > Cloud AI

Binding AI License to Organization

When an AI license is bound to a specified organization, the license status is immediately activated. The quantity of AI Tokens associated with the license is automatically added to the total available EnGenius Tokens for the organization.

No Grace Period Mechanism

The AI License does NOT support the “Grace Period" mechanism because once the Cloud-AI License is added to an organization, the AI Tokens within the license are immediately available for use by the Cloud-AI cameras.

Transfer AI Tokens Between Organizations

AI tokens can be transferred between different organizations, providing greater flexibility in EnGenius Token management. Therefore, when performing the "AI token transfer function” (action name: Transfer All AI Tokens), all remaining AI tokens will be moved from one organization to another.

NO 90-Day Activation Mechanism

Cloud AI license does NOT have a 90-day activation date mechanism.

Summary AI

"Summary AI" provides various statistics and analyses related to AI Token usage, covering the organization level, network level, and enabled Cloud-AI cameras. You can access the Summary AI page by navigating to Organization > Summary AI. This section will provide an overview and AI event log of the following available information:

Current AI Tokens Usage & Cloud AI Camera Status

This section provides administrators with a high-level overview of the current AI tokens' usage and status, as well as the status and count of active Cloud AI cameras.

  • Current Available: Displays the remaining AI tokens available for use.

  • Estimated Camera AI Analytics: Shows how much analysis time is left for the Cloud AI Agent to process motion (MOT) events.

This section displays the overall ratio of cameras with Cloud AI enabled.

  • Cloud AI Enabled: Displays the total number of cameras with Cloud AI enabled.

  • Total Cameras: Displays the total number of cameras bound to this organization's network.
