License Status & Lifecycle

The following diagram reveals the various statuses and operations performed on a license.

Terms	Description
License Key Issue Date	The date when a license key is issued and mailed
Activation Date	The date a licensed-associated device is assigned to a managed network.
Forced-activtion Date	The date that the license is auto-activated because of no activation on any device after 90 days of being issued.
Expiration Date	One year or three years after the license activation date. For a licensed device, the expired date means extending the validation of its original expired date
Order Return	The license order can be returned within one month after the license key is issued. (This is subject to the operation of each region. Please contact your local EnGenius)
Undo License Association	You can disassociate the license from a device within seven days after it's associated.
