Fix sometimes when selecting multiple devices and clicking "Deregister," an error message appears.

[New Features]

Enable local upgrade function through image files in PC or SD card, allowing users keep FitCon offline for upgrading.
Add upgrading percentage information when device is upgrading.
Support White List function for Client Access Control. Only permit devices in the list for highest network security.
Increase device paring period from 5 mins to 1 hr and pending approval from 1 min to 1 hr. Making deployment easier especially in remote management scenario.
